Are you a cabbage or a cauliflower?

Today I reviewed a recipe book of vegetarian dishes and one of the dishes was 'Brocolli and Cauliflower Gratin', quite easy to make. Every dish has a write-up about its nutrients and flavouring. Let me quote the write-up about this dish.

Cauliflower's resemblance to the human brain may have been the cause of American author and humorist Mark Twain's remark that Cauliflower is nothing but cabbage with a college education.

I hope that I am a cauliflower!!
